Today we’re sharing news that marks a real step-change for Willo: we’ve raised $4 million, led by Peter Bauer, founder of Mimecast. It’s the largest single investment in our history and a strong vote of confidence in what we’re building and where we’re headed.

Our journey so far
When we founded Willo in 2020, we had a simple but ambitious idea: give every candidate a better interview experience and help employers meet great people, faster. Since then, we’ve grown quickly and carefully - 64x revenue growth from our first year, including 70% growth in 2025 - by focusing on what matters: product, customers, and outcomes.
Today, Willo is used by some of the world’s biggest employers including New York State DMV, Toyota, and Madison Reed, as well as being active in 195 countries, processing millions of interviews each year. That global footprint has taught us a lot about scale, reliability, and trust and it’s shaped what comes next.
