Willo was founded in 2018 as a response to the frustrating hiring process. Both candidates and recruiters didn’t like what was going on—the impersonal applications, the myriad of forms, and the time it took employers to screen hundreds (sometimes thousands) of candidates. We knew there had to be a way to make things better.

Today, our award-winning candidate screening platform is used by thousands of startups, scale-ups, and enterprises all over the world to discover incredible global talent.
