Willo, built from the ground up for a remote-first world, was founded with one guiding mission:
“To connect people with opportunity using technology”
Born in 2018 out of frustration with the way people were forced to complete impersonal job applications and forms, and the extra time it took employers to screen hundreds—sometimes thousands—of candidates. We grabbed the chance to make things better.
Today our award-winning video interview platform is used by startups and scale-ups to discover and develop incredible people across the world.

Euan & Andrew.
Willo was founded by two people working remotely during COVID-19, that’s Euan & Andrew who you’ll meet below.
Driven by a founding purpose to connect people everywhere.
I help join the dots between our product, marketing and overall business objectives.
My background is in marketing and product development so I get (overly) excited by our user feedback and use it to help build an even better platform for connecting candidates with opportunities everywhere.
Fancy featuring Willo or just curious to find our more? Excellent, we’d love to hear from you! Just drop us a note on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can take things from there.

Tom McDermott of Sprigg in Glasgow's Ingram Street recruited staff using technology created by Willo
A Scottish videoconferencing start-up has seen its revenues more than double in just three months as employers scramble to interview job applicants as pandemic restrictions ease.
2021 has arrived, and with it will come a further acceleration in what has already been quite a seismic shift in talent acquisition fuelled by Covid-19.
Glasgow, Scotland-based video interview startup Willo has scored a £250,000 (~$320k) seed round of funding after watching demand for its asynchronous Q&A style video platform leap up during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The future of acquiring talent: potential trumps credentials. "Willo can be a first step in getting beyond the flat, two-dimensional CV”
