Willo was founded in 2018 as a response to the frustrating hiring process. Both candidates and recruiters didn’t like what was going on—the impersonal applications, the myriad of forms, and the time it took employers to screen hundreds (sometimes thousands) of candidates. We knew there had to be a way to make things better.
Today, our award-winning candidate screening platform is used by thousands of startups, scale-ups, and enterprises all over the world to discover incredible global talent.

Willo was founded by two people working remotely during COVID-19, that’s Euan & Andrew who you’ll meet below.
Driven by a founding purpose to connect people everywhere with opportunity and prosperity.
Euan Cameron
Co-Founder
I help join the dots between our product, marketing, and overall business objectives.
My background is in marketing and product development so I get (very) excited about taking user feedback and using it to help build an even better platform for connecting candidates with opportunities everywhere.
Andrew Wood
Co-Founder
I love helping our users realize the true potential of Willo.
I’m experienced in sales and recruitment so I understand the unique business challenges that our users face and work together to help overcome them.
