Willo, built from the ground up for a remote-first world, was founded with one guiding mission:
“To connect people with opportunity using technology”
Born in 2018 out of frustration with the way people were forced to complete impersonal job applications and forms, we grabbed the chance to make things better.
Today our award-winning virtual interview platform is used by startups and scale-ups to discover and develop incredible people across the world.
Where you are located should not restrict how far you can go. That’s why we created Willo - giving people, teams and entire organisations the chance to connect with incredible people everywhere.
We believe that video interviewing should be available to every organisation. Small, medium or large.
Price should not be a barrier to achieving your hiring goals.
Virtually interview people wherever they are in the world. It works beautifully across all devices, every time. No apps, plug-ins or download needed.
Easily connect to over 2,000 of your favourite apps and automate your workflow. We want to make your life easier because work is hard enough...
Euan & Andrew.
Unsurprisingly Willo was founded by two people working remotely, that’s Euan & Andrew who you’ll meet below.
Driven by a founding purpose to connect people everywhere.
The Willo team work remotely across 4 time zones in Athens, Glasgow, Kiev, London, Manchester and Pittsburgh - everyone dedicated to creating new opportunities for users across the world.
I help join the dots between our product, marketing and overall business objectives.
My background is in marketing and product development so I get (overly) excited by our user feedback and use it to help build an even better platform for connecting candidates with opportunities everywhere.
Fancy featuring Willo or just curious to find our more? Excellent, we’d love to hear from you! Just drop us a note on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can take things from there. Grab our media kit here.
A Scottish videoconferencing start-up has seen its revenues more than double in just three months as employers scramble to interview job applicants as pandemic restrictions ease.
2021 has arrived, and with it will come a further acceleration in what has already been quite a seismic shift in talent acquisition fuelled by Covid-19.
Glasgow, Scotland-based video interview startup Willo has scored a £250,000 (~$320k) seed round of funding after watching demand for its asynchronous Q&A style video platform leap up during the COVID-19 lockdown.
The future of acquiring talent: potential trumps credentials. "Willo can be a first step in getting beyond the flat, two-dimensional CV”
We’re on a mission to create something pretty special and we're always on the lookout for incredible people to join our team.
So wherever you are and whatever your strengths, if you like the sound of what we’re doing then we’d love to hear from you.
