The challenge

Retail hiring never really stops.

Smiling store associate serving a customer at the till

Structural turnover

Retail carries 60 to 65% annual voluntary turnover, so a 50-person store replaces 30 or more staff a year.

Grocery store worker carrying a crate of fresh produce

Candidates can't take a live call

Shift schedules make a live phone screen hard to book, which hurts response and completion rates.

Store worker at a festive, decorated till during the holiday rush

Seasonal peaks stretch every store

Shrinking seasonal hiring pools put more pressure on permanent staff and the managers hiring them.

How Willo helps

Screening that fits around a shift. Candidates respond whenever they're free. Hiring managers review them the same way in every store.

Any-time completion

Candidates respond between shifts, which addresses the response-rate problem directly.

Bulk invite and branded assessments

Invite candidates at scale with the same employer-branded experience in every store.

Willo Insights across every store

Hiring managers in each location review candidates against the same Blueprint without needing their own platform accounts.

Integrations

50+ native integrations, including Greenhouse and Lever, so Willo fits the systems your stores already use.

Compare candidates across every store.

Hiring managers in each location review responses, transcripts and summaries against the same Blueprint, without needing their own platform accounts.
