Trusted by universities and education teams to screen candidates at scale.

The challenge

Every tutor application looks the same on paper

Volume without signal

Hundreds of qualified-looking applicants apply for every open cohort, and a CV alone won't show who can teach.

Credentials cluster together

Similar qualifications and training routes make CV screening a weak filter.

How Willo helps

Hear how each tutor teaches before you book a call. Every candidate answers the same structured questions in the format that suits them.

Build from what you already have

Upload a job description, scorecard or hiring notes and Willo drafts the assessment and questions for you.

Multi-format responses

Candidates answer in video, audio, text or multiple choice, so you can hear a tutor explain a concept instead of reading about it.

Willo Insights

Each application is reviewed against your criteria and summarized for your team. Your team makes every decision.

Integrations

50+ native integrations, including Greenhouse and BambooHR, plus 5,000+ more through Zapier.

Accessible by design

WCAG-compliant and available in 18+ languages.

Get clearer evidence before the live interview.

Review candidate responses, transcripts, summaries and role-specific evidence together, so recruiters and hiring managers can compare candidates consistently and understand who should progress.
