Great question! Willo is localised for the 12 most spoken languages: English, Dutch, German, Indonesian, Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi, Chinese Simplified, Greek. If you'd like to see another language added please just ask and we can add it for you.

What are candidate responses and how many do I need?

A candidate response is counted every time someone successfully submits a full set of answers to an interview. (For example if you have an interview with 5 questions, and someone submits an answer to all 5 questions it will count as one response.)

The number of responses you need depends on what you are using Willo for. The number of responses you have available resets every month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, SEPA and Bacs Direct Debit. If you’re purchasing Team or Pro you can also contact sales to pay via invoice or bank transfer.

All payments are processed by our partner Stripe, Inc. We do not store any sensitive credit card data. All the server to server communications are made through secure SSL connections.

Do you offer an annual discount?

Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, we’ll give you 3 months free. Select an annual plan when you upgrade or Contact us to discuss your options.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month.

Where is Willo and its data hosted?

Can you charge me in my local currency?

By default we charge in US Dollars. However, we can charge you in British Pounds, Australian Dollars and Euros - please contact us to arrange this. The converted prices on this page are provided as a convenience and are only an estimate based on current exchange rates.

Prices exclude all taxes, levies and duties which you may be responsible for in your own country.
