How identity checks work.
Candidates can upload their documents and a selfie. We then check the validity of the documents, check if the person is real and run a fraud check, all within a few seconds.
You’ll then receive a report including an image of the candidate’s documents with the metadata that includes Identity Services Provider (IDSP) certification.
This report is securely stored within Willo and you can access it at any time, or download a PDF and file it in your HRIS.
Why you need identity checks.
New guidance from the UK Home Office allows you to harness the power of digital identity for Right to Work for UK and Irish citizens.
More efficient use of time
Say goodbye to manual document checks in the employee vetting process.
Incredible candidate experience
Candidates can complete their identity checks in their own time, from the comfort of their own home, or at a local post office (coming soon) if they prefer some assistance.
Keep sensitive information out of your inbox. As an Identity Services Provider, compliance is our responsibility – so you can have one less thing to worry about.
We’ll arm you with a statutory excuse to avoid a civil penalty, so you can have one less thing to worry about.
Once you’ve completed your checks, send candidates the final job offer and get new hires onboard in an instant.
