Three Years of Research 2024-2026

The Hiring Intelligence Report

Tracing the trajectory of talent acquisition: from AI uncertainty, to strategic adoption, to today’s focus on human-centered intelligence.

The Evolution of Our Research

What began as the "State of Hiring Report" in 2024, capturing an industry grappling with AI uncertainty, evolved in 2025 to reveal the emergence of "AI-proof" assessments and growing skepticism about automation's role in talent decisions.

Now in 2026, as AI has moved from experimental to essential, the question is no longer "Should we use AI?" but "How do we use AI?” And even more so, “How do we use it to scale authentic, human-first hiring without sacrificing quality, fairness, or trust?"
