What languages do you support?

Great question! Willo is localised for the worlds most spoken languages: English, Dutch, German, Indonesian, Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, Hindi, Chinese Simplified, Traditional Chinese, Greek. If you'd like to see another language added please just ask and we can add it for you.

Can I get a refund?

We’re certain that you will experience better candidate screening within the first 30 days of your subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, where we will refund your full subscription if the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund claim is within 30 days of your purchase of a paid plan
  • You have used Willo to interview at least 10 candidates
  • Your plan is Starter, Growth or Scale

Please note that there is no refund for add-on charges such as used SMS invites, if applicable.

Do you have any setup costs or fees?

Absolutely not, Zero, Zilch! No hidden fees or setup costs - you will receive our free world-class onboarding, training and everything you see on this page is included in your chosen plan. We believe in transparency and fair pricing for everyone.

Not a problem, you can easily sign up for as long as you need, and cancel when you are done.

And when you want to come back just log in again and re-activate your plan. Easy.

I want to send more SMS invites

Every paid plan has a generous quota of free SMS each month.

However, if you exceed your free SMS quota in a billing period you'll automatically be billed $0.15 / €0.15 / A$0.20 / £0.10 / ₹10.00 per additional SMS sent.

Can I add extra users?

Yes, every plan has unlimited users so you can invite your whole team! 

Remember to book them in for a free onboarding session with our customer success manager to ensure they get the most out of Willo.

Do you offer discounts for non-profit or start-up organizations?

Willo is proud to support people doing great things in the world. We offer a discount for non-profits and early stage start-up organisations.

Apply here if you are a startup, and here if you are a non-profit.

Heads-up, eligible startups must have been founded in the past 2 years and have less than 10 employees.

What are candidate responses and how many do I need?

A candidate response is counted every time someone successfully submits a full set of answers to an interview. (For example if you have an interview with 5 questions, and someone submits an answer to all 5 questions it will count as one response.)

The number of responses you need depends on what you are using Willo for. The number of responses you have available resets every month.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, SEPA and Bacs Direct Debit. If you’re purchasing Growth or Scale you can also contact sales to pay via invoice or bank transfer.

All payments are processed by our partner Stripe, Inc. We do not store any sensitive credit card data. All the server to server communications are made through secure SSL connections.

Do you offer an annual discount?

Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for 1 or 2 years of service, we’ll give you 3 months free. Select an annual plan when you upgrade or Contact us to discuss your options.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month.

How secure is Willo and where is my data hosted?

Businesses that use Willo can be confident that the company takes security seriously and employs best practices to ensure that privacy and security are not compromised. 

The nature of the data that Willo handles on behalf of its customers requires that security is a core part of the approach to building, scaling, and managing the service.

Willo production data is processed and stored within Amazon Web Services in the UK, US and EU (you can choose which region your data is located in) which uses state-of-the-art multilayer access, alerting, and auditing measures.

We are 100% GDPR compliant. All data is encrypted and our servers are ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified. You can read our privacy policy and data security sheet for more information.

Can you charge me in my local currency?

Yes, you can choose to be charged in British Pounds, Australian Dollars, US Dollars, Indian Rupee and Euros - please select your preferred currency at checkout, or ask your sales representative.

Prices exclude all taxes, levies and duties which you may be responsible for in your own country.
