Rachel (Rach) is VP of Marketing at Willo, where she leads the global marketing function across brand, growth and go-to-market.
A big part of her role has been building and leading an outsourced marketing team, bringing together trusted specialists across creative, paid, content and analytics, and turning that into a high-performing team.
She works closely with the wider revenue team to make sure everything marketing does connects back to pipeline, keeping campaigns measurable, relevant and tied to real business impact.
Before Willo, Rach studied marketing at university and started her career in the whisky industry. She loves meeting new people and is always learning through conversations, ideas and different perspectives.
